In addition to soccer matches, biathlon or concerts, the royal blue living room offers much more: the rooms in the VELTINS-Arena can be booked exclusively for conferences, fairs or evening events. Event location
Schalke regularly hosts large and small events at the highest level. The offer ranges from conferences and fairs in the event areas to large fairs in the arena interior. On average, over 300 events have been hosted at FC Schalke 04's home ground in recent years. First-class catering options, from "Brain Buffet" to "Alles in den Pott", are not the only things on offer. Additional bookable event modules, such as table football or the S04 mascot Erwin, can also make your Christmas party in North Rhine-Westphalia unforgettable.
Box customers can also hold conferences or evening events in their boxes outside of the usual usage times for a service and provision fee. Schalke 04 will be happy to provide an individual catering offer for this.
Evening events
The VELTINS-Arena also provides a magnificent backdrop for evening events, such as a company party or a Christmas party.
There is a special offer especially for Christmas parties in a festive atmosphere. A Christmas buffet awaits all guests in the royal blue stadium, and an evening arena tour or a midnight snack are also available as specials.
