Service in the VELTINS-Arena

Since its opening in 2001, the VELTINS-Arena has been one of the most modern and popular stadiums in Germany and Europe.

Cashless payment with the Schalker Knappenkarte and free use of the open stadium Wi-Fi network make visiting the arena convenient and easy - the VELTINS-Arena is particularly well equipped in the service area and still has a particularly high standard even after more than 15 years.

There are 14,000 parking spaces and shuttle buses available for guests arriving by car. To make the stadium experience possible for everyone, there are also parking spaces with stair-free access to the arena for Schalke fans with limited mobility. Even during the construction of the new Schalke stadium, great importance was attached to designing the arena with the greatest possible accessibility.

Should any questions arise at the match, concert or other major event, visitors can rely on the skilled members of the Royal Blue Volunteers team, who will be on hand to provide advice and assistance throughout the stadium on the day of the match and event and look after visitors on a voluntary basis.
